As the Managing Trustee and de facto CEO of several distinguished institutions, including KGT International Worli and G.M. International School Goregaon, she has redefined child-centric learning in India.

Since joining the Trust in 2004, she has championed an interdisciplinary approach, inspired by educational philosophers like J. Krishnamurti, Rabindranath Tagore, and Dr. Maria Montessori.

  • Transformed her flagship school, G.M. International, from 6 students in 2009 to over 300 by 2023, earning IGCSE affiliation and national recognition.
  • Revitalized a struggling Ram Ratna Vidya Mandir Bhayender over a decade ago, turning around its performance with creative inputs and collaboration with prominent trustees.
  • Upgraded infrastructure at G.M. International School Goregaon, supported by capital from herself and her mother, a fellow trustee, showcasing family-driven commitment.
  • Introduced computer education from Class 3 and innovative English coaching, with schools integrating activities like abacus math and daily unique lessons, earning the 2005 Gurukul National Award for alternative education.
